- Region of the Most Holy Trinity (CN): Christian Essolbo Toua, and François Désiré Noah was ordained priests on 11 July 2009 in Yaoundé, Cameroon.
- Province of St. Paul (SP): José Francisco da Silva de Souza Filho will be ordained priest on 18 July 2009 in Codò (MA), Brazil.
- Region of the Holy Family (SF), Rwanda - Jean Nepomuscène Nimwizere and Jackson Niyonsenga Banzubaze will make their perpetual consecration on 8 September 2009.

Juridical Commission SAC |

From 1 to 3 July 2009, the Juridical Commission SAC held its meeting in the Generalate in Rome. The programme of the meeting included themes connected to the preparation for the XX General Assembly: the question of the various models of election in our Society as well as in other Institutes of Consecrated Life; the description of the reality commonly known as the "Delegature" and "Delegate", and some of the points of Methodus for the proper organisation of the General Assembly. The next meeting of the Commission is scheduled from 26 to 28 April 2010, that is, after receiving the materials from the Provinces/Regions for the General Assembly. Thus the Commission will be able to formulate concrete proposals.

Meeting of SAC Brothers in Poland |

From May 31st until June 3rd a meeting of SAC Brothers took place in Kostancin, Poland. 25 Brothers from the two Pallottine Provinces in Poland attended the meeting, which was organized as a preparation for the forthcoming International Meeting of Brothers, due to take place in Rome at the end of July. Fr. Jacob Nampudakam and Br. Stephen Buckley represented the General Secretariat of Formation and they presented the themes respectively: "Ongoing Formation of the Brothers in our Society" and "The Identity of the Brother". During the meeting the Brothers worked in groups and the feedback was noted by the organiser of the meeting, Fr. Mariusz Malchiewicz. On the final day, June 3rd 2009, the Brothers were given the opportunity to meet with the Provincials, Fr. Jozef Lasak and Fr. Kazimierz Czulak, and to speak with them in an open forum. This meeting, like the many such initiatives, is an attempt to give a new impetus to the vocation and mission of the Brothers in our Society. |

Meeting of the Councils of the three communities UAC |

The Councils of the three founding communities of the Union of Catholic Apostolate, that is, the Society of the Catholic Apostolate, the Congregation of the Sisters of the Catholic Apostolate and Congregation of the Missionary Sisters of the Catholic Apostolate, met together on 4 June 2009 in the Generalate House of the Pallottine Missionary Sisters. Besides the sharing of activities undertaken by the respective General Councils, an evaluation of the common initiatives was also done: the Course of formation for the missionaries in Grottaferrata (12-20.05.2009), the intercontinental meeting of Asia/Oceania in which the Pallottine sisters too participated and the two months of international novitiate experience in Grottaferrata. Other themes like the celebration of the Pallottine Mission Sunday and the role of the Preamble in our Law/Constitutions in the context of the UAC General Statute were also taken up for reflection. An important point of the meeting was the Holy Mass, the expression of our community spirit. The next meeting is scheduled for 5 November 2009. |
